    • Please wear comfortable clothing as we will do some light exercises to activate the shaking (but it’s not a workout)

    • You will need to keep your camera on so I can help facilitate your process.

    • Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the session, no refund after that.

  • Deeper Release Over Time: While an introductory session can help you feel more grounded, calm, and refreshed immediately, multiple sessions allow for a gradual release of tension and stress and often you will notice different parts of your body opening up as we work together.

  • Build Confidence in TRE®: Each session builds on the previous one, giving you the opportunity to become more familiar with the process, refine your practice, and feel more confident using TRE® on your own.

  • Connection: By committing to at least three guided sessions, you’ll experience the cumulative effects of TRE®, leading to greater emotional balance, improved sleep, and reduced anxiety.   • Each session will take place via Zoom and lasts for one hour. During these sessions, you’ll:

    • Session 2: Dive deeper into the process, allowing for a more thorough release as your body becomes familiar with TRE. Reflection on changes noticed since first session.

    • Session 3: Refine your practice, learn to self-regulate, and establish TRE as a tool you can use whenever you need it.

    All you need is a yoga mat (or something to lie on) and a quiet space for each session.

  • The 3-session package is ideal if you:
