If you sign up, you will first receive an at-home simple blood test, that will measure your current biological age. This is provided by our partner GlycanAge, so you can get science-backed insights. You will get your personalised report and initial consultation to understand your current baseline.
Then for the next 6 months ahead we will work together in an accountability group to improve your biological age- looking at lifestyle habits we can influence and other biohacking strategies.
It’s important that we don’t just band-aid here, but we actually look at the root cause of your stress, so as part of this programme we will dive deeper into body-based nervous system regulation practices as well as where your own patterns are triggering your stress more.
Whilst chronic stress is a key factor in premature ageing, but we will also look at some of the other lifestyle factors such as movement, diet, and sleep.
At the end of the programme you will re-test using the same test that you did in the beginning, so you will have some data on your progress and results.
