What is TRE?

TRE, short for Tension, Stress and Trauma Releasing Exercises, is a powerful somatic practice designed to release deep-seated tension, stress, and trauma from the body. Developed by Dr. David Berceli, this gentle yet profound method activates the body's innate tremor mechanism to discharge stored tension, promoting relaxation, resilience, and overall well-being.

Who Am I Looking For?

I'm seeking volunteers who have already begun their journey of self-discovery and are eager to delve deeper into body-focused, somatic work. If you're committed to your personal growth and ready to explore new dimensions of healing, I invite you to join me in this transformative practice.

It could be helpful for different life situations, to highlight some:

  • You just want to be able to connect to yourself better- enhancing mind-body connection.

  • You are going through some everyday stress and would like to learn a new tool to release the tension.

  • You are experiencing burnout or you feel you are close to it.

  • You would like to build resilience in general and navigate difficult chapters with more ease and grace.

  • You are going through anxious times.

  • You want to improve your sleep.

  • You feel somehow blocked and want to improve different areas of your life whether that is physical, emotional or mental health.

  • You have worked on traumas before, and now looking for a complementary therapy for PTSD, and a non-verbal approach to releasing emotions stored in the body.

What Can You Expect?

As a volunteer participant, you'll have the opportunity to experience TRE sessions led by me. Together, we'll create a safe and supportive space for you to explore your body's wisdom, release tension, and cultivate greater resilience. As I'm on the journey of becoming a certified TRE practitioner and in the current phase of my studies I need to have practice clients- this means I won't be charging you for the sessions. Yes, this will be free for you.

After that if you would like to participate, we will agree the dates of your sessions and we will use Zoom calls to meet for the practice. Please note these are primarily online sessions- but if you are based in London, we can also arrange to meet in person.
