Biohacking gift guide 2024

The holiday season is a time for joy and connection. When considering gifts, why not invest in experiences and products that truly nourish? Here’s my carefully curated list of goodies that support longevity, health, and happiness—whether for yourself or the loved ones you cherish.

For Sleep

  • The beloved Oura ring. If you can only get one thing—let it be this one. It’s a sleep tracker, but it’s really much more than that—with lots of good insights for you to put into practice and help behaviour change for a healthier, less stressed you.

  • Blue-light blocking glasses like these. Sleep better at night by filtering artificial light, support your circadian rhythm. I see a whopping difference in my sleep data when I don’t wear them and look at screens or bright lights in the evening.

  • A good Magnesium supplement—this is my favourite currently—but search for a clean version of a complex available for you. Not all Magnesium is created equal! If you want to particularly focus on sleep, get one that has Magnesium Glycinate in it.

  • Try mouth taping—I use a simple 3M tape, and it works wonders.

For the Nervous System

  • A somatic stress release session will help you clear patterns from your body and mind that you don’t want to carry into the new year. You will learn to activate your body’s natural shaking mechanism in a safe and self-regulated container. Click here to book a spot !

  • Apollo Neuro
This wearable transforms how you feel through your sense of touch, giving you more energy, less stress, and better sleep. This little device is the first scientifically validated tech to improve sleep and reduce stress just by wearing it.

For the body

  • A rebounder: a bouncy way to elevate your mood and boost health. Great for lymphatic system support, skin health, and cardio!

  • A foam roller: roll away tension and tend to your fascia. Get your self-massage game on point by having this under the tree this year!

  • Dry brush & body gua sha: Detox and sculpt for better circulation, a healthier you, and more glowing skin.

  • Red Light Therapy: Harness the power of light to reduce inflammation, rejuvenate your skin, and boost your mood! This is the one I use.

Better basics

  • Get workout gear that is safe to sweat in. Choose organic cotton for a guilt-free workout, avoid microplastics and toxic chemicals- like this one!

  • It’s either no panties or only organic cotton panties in 2025. I like these.

  • Invest in non-toxic cookware—ditch the chemicals for a healthier kitchen! Like this or this.

But let’s not forget some of those simple, free gifts that are so supportive for our well-being: connecting with loved ones who are easy on our nervous system, practicing gratitude, refreshing outdoor walks, soaking up morning sunshine, and getting plenty of rest and play.
